Uhm, yeah. Duh.
In the past there have been many calls for financial reform with small symbolic gestures. But I think the financial reform Obama is shooting for actually scares the banking industry, so there must be some teeth to it. I am hoping.
I do get tired of the current crop of congressional Republicans stalling the process. I anm not trying to pick on one party over the other, and I know they are the party of the rich, but this reform will protect people of all economic classes.
Financial reforms might be a charade but at least there is somew recognition that there's a problem!
